A 2-hour hike from Qassiarsuk is Tasiusaq Hostel.

The hostel is situated in the little settlement of Tasiusaq which overlooks the extraordinarily beautiful Nordre Sermilik Fjord.

The hostel is the third house you will see after arriving in Tasiusaq and is easy to spot thanks to its blue and white paintwork. It has five rooms (with a choice of 2, 4 and 6 beds per room) and has a large kitchen and lounge.

There are shared bathroom and toilet facilities. The hostel makes an ideal base for hiking and kayaking out among the icebergs.
