Nordic Meetings & Events Expo

This is the largest tradeshow for meetings, conferences and events in the Nordics. As well as meetings there are presentations relevant to the sector.

Nordic Place Branding Conference
Oslo: 2nd April
This is the largest annual investment promotion, place development and marketing event in the Nordics. A one day event organised for private and public professionals working with investment promotion, economic development, talent attraction and tourism.
Seatrade Cruise Global
Miami Beach, Florida: 21st – 23rd April
Seatrade Cruise Global is the largest cruise industry gathering in the world and in 2020 will bring over 13,000 professionals together to innovate, uncover new trends, and secure profitable partnerships.
This will be Visit Greenland’s final year attending Seatrade Global, although Greenland will continue to be represented by other local Greenlandic operators.

Vestnorden is the annual trade show for tourism in the West Nordic countries – Greenland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands – where local operators meet with buyers from 20+ countries. Its location rotates between the 3 countries and in 2021, it will be back in Greenland.
Adventure Travel World Summit

This annual event held each year in a new location is organised by the Adventure Travel Trade Association and brings adventure travel professionals together to gather, network, learn, grow and partner across a few days of varied events.
AECO’s Arctic Cruise Conference and Annual Meeting

Every year since 2003, AECO’s Annual Cruise Conference has gathered the international Arctic expedition cruise industry, government officials and other stakeholders connected to Arctic cruise tourism. The conference is followed by AECO’s members’ only Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 15.
