Dear Tourism Operator,
During this time of crisis and uncertainty we are aware that you have many questions about how to operate your future business in Greenland. From knowing when you can fly again, to safety and health guidelines for entering the country, to cancellation and change policies for upcoming trips, there are many factors that are unknown. Like the rest of the industry, these challenges hit us by surprise, and we are now trying to gather as much intelligence as possible in order to save and rebuild our tourism industry.
Domestic operators and international agents are a vital part of our tourism constellation and we know that all parties have some specific concerns. Please know that we are listening to you. We are also at times mediating conflicting interests in order to try find solutions that make sense for both parties. Do get in touch with us if you have comments, questions or concerns.
We are in dialogue with a broad range of stakeholders to discuss the reopening of Greenland, also for tourism, and when the country is ready we will share this information with guidelines. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
In the meantime please find current information about Greenland below.
